GtaStay is a short-term rental company. We match our guests with the various furnished, fully equipped rooms and suites available for short-term rental in our portfolio located across the greater Toronto area . We also offer furnished long term rentals. Our main priorities are the safety and comfort of our guests; and we are absolutely dedicated to a high standard of professionalism. At GtaStay we always strive to foster positive relationships with our clients who often become repeat guests , consistently choosing us for accommodation when they come back to the city. We understand that finding affordable accommodation does not always result in a successful outcome. At GtaStay, our management team members are dedicated to our guest’s needs. We understand that the last thing a guests wants to experience is a difficult time therefore, we made sure that Check-in and Check-out are as easy as 1, 2, 3 with our self check-in lock keypads. Although we are not physically greeting you at the door, we make sure to communicate with you through it all and we are dedicated in providing our guests with exceptional customer service assistance!

Is WiFi included?
Yes, high-speed internet as well as all other utilities are included!
Is breakfast included with my stay?
Unfortunately, meals are not included, however there are various food delivery options and grocery stores nearby.
What is the cleaning schedule?
Depending on the address that you are staying, common areas are cleaned and sanitized 3 times per week. Please note that cleaning of personal room is only done prior to check-in and after checking out.
Do we provide private kitchens?
Unless specifically mentioned in the title and/or description, there is NO private kitchen.
Are there private bathrooms?
Unless specifically mentioned in the title and/or description, there are NO private bathrooms.
Checkin & Checkout
All guests are to Check-in any time after 3:00 p.m. (all units are self check-in)
All guests are required to Check-out by: 11:00 a.m.
- Common areas may be shared by other guests. Please ensure you leave the kitchen and bathrooms as you found them. This means wiping counters, discarding trash in the appropriate waste baskets (garbage, recycling, green bin)
- Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 am. During this time, your devices must be kept at a low volume, and no loud phone calls in the house will be permitted
- At no time are unregistered guests or visitors allowed on the premises.

Cancellation Policy
GtaStay offers a flexible cancellation policy.
• Free cancellation until 24 hours before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email).
• After that, cancel before check-in and get a full refund, minus the first night and service fee.
For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 24 hours before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If the guest cancels less than 24 hours before check-in, the first night and Airbnb service fee are non-refundable.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after cancellation are fully refunded.
